the numbers change every year...the US immigration law changes every year... it's pain in the ass!... trust me... immigration lawyers in the US make an awesome living, i tell ya...

no, i didn't go... i was searching for Polish events in the area one day and i found the info about the festival in Houston... i don't think it's going to be a big deal, but it's worth to go there... i need to get out of Dallas for a weekend anyway...
it'd be great if people from PF show up there...
