We already have a prosperous economy so its worth the price. Besides, were open to migration as evidenced by the Ukrainians and others coming in. However we don't want a flood of young uneducated unskilled men who refuse to assimilate and abide by our laws and culture

The asians that come tend to be students engineers it pros and people.who help Poland while.ukranians have taken many lower skill jobs but are increasingly becoming wealthy and buying property and their own businesses

Why would Poland be attractive to them? Poland does not give large social welfare payments, or free flats to economic migrants and fake refugees. Poland values its culture and defends its Christian values strongly. Why would they ever want to go to a place like that, when they could go to Germany where the citizens are begging to bend over and have their culture destroyed. Much easier to go there, get big welfare payments, and rape German women en masse.

Try beautiful, unspoiled nature (some of the last wilderness on the European continent!), gorgeous women, high quality produce, a fairly high standard of living, not to mention centuries' old cultural traditions along with music, art, architecture as well as literature, plus some of the most inventive cinema this side of the Vistula!!

That's not attractive to some down-on-their-luck Third Worlder, lucky to have ever had even an outhouse, a roof over their head or a decent job???!!

Reality is theres many public Christian holidays poles have off like corpus Christi unlike the eest, church is involved in politics and schools to an extent, and the recent Sunday shopping law. No one - Jesus is king for as long as Poland exists. Just one of the many ways in which Poles are happy to have the Catholic church involved in our lives. Don't forget most people attribute Christianity and JPP II's mass which a million Poles attended as the beginning of the end for the commies. Christianity has always been a powerful force in Polish society and we like it that way. Even hardcore PRL commies would secretly baptize their kids.

No one in your life time so the best thing for you to do at this point is to open your heart to Him as He is the only One to offer you your salvation for eternity.

Being a good Christian aka Catholic means following the tenets of "Love thy neighbor". The question remains as to whether any nation which so staunchly defends the letter, though not always the spirit, of their faith is in the end Christian or HYPOchristian!

By turning your cheek you make it unable for a person to slap you again unless they do it with their left hand. A religious, that is, staunch Roman Catholic must by definition of pre-Vatican II prinicples accept the doctrine that the Jews killed Christ.

I dont recall jp2 apologizing to jews for that. He apologized for the treatment of jews, muslims, etc during the inquisition. The bible states that it was the Jews who sentenced Jesus to death but Roman soldiers who actually killed him via crucifixion and finally a spear. The crowd was given a choice whether to put a thief (barabus i believe was his name) or Jesus to death. They chose Jesus because he was a threat to the rabbis. Even pilate said that he didnt think jesus was doing anything wrong but didnt want to upset the establishment. Jesus criticized the rabbis and jews for turning a holy temple into a market amongst other things. Never get between a jew and his shekel lest you be crucified...

Well, if you say that antisemitism is part of Catholicism, I assume there are antisemitic Catholics among people you know. And if there are such, then yes, you do know strange people.

As for John Paul II, he was a great human being. You should learn from him how not to judge people on the basis of their religion, you little biased man. He was raised Catholic and had Jewish friends for all of his life- since his childhood in Wadowice. That questions your theory of antisemitism being part of Catholicism, doesn't it?

As for Mea Culpa, that indeed is part of Catholicism. Perhaps you should think about it, just to have a look at your own deeds and opinions.

Are there antisemites among Catholics? Yes, there are. The same applies to Protestants, Muslims, atheists and so on. Do some Jews, like yourself, are biased against Poles/Catholics or Muslims, atheists etc. - certainly.

It's a pity you seem to be the only Jew here, as with such an attitude, you yourself are an argument for antisemites that Jews hate Catholics or Poles.

yes Jesus definitely said 'love thy neighbour as thyself' and i think it also applies to neighbours who happen to be Jews or muslims
