Ok. Could you just clarify, is that because IPs can be very broad, rather than individual. For example if somebody living in my part of Warsaw had made trollish type posts then my IP could be affected? (
yes ) As neither my husband nor myself go trolling around the internet or abusing people online I can't see why trolling or spam could be associated with our IP. Thanks.

Thank you for the response. Could you explain the following:
Yesterday I visited the forum briefly during the afternoon and saw a new discussion had been started by member Ktos. 'Oh God', thought I, 'what's he banging on about now?'. When I clicked on the post, I received a message telling me that the discussion had been moved/merged as it didn't comply with rules etc and was advised to read the rules about starting threads?? Does this mean that for some weird reason your system thinks I'm Ktos? It's interesting that somebody sent InPolska an email supposedly from Ktos (but it wasn't) and now I seem to be mistaken for him. Extra weird as he apparently lives in Australia...........
