UK dad - Polish mum - getting a child checked for paternity reasons... Poland

i have had a Polish g/f (passed tense.).. she gave birth a couple of weeks back - ,,,and since i didnt sign the b/ certificate ( not 100 per cent sure the baby girl is mine) she now informs me , that she has all the rights / responsibilities for the girl.

now tho im not sure the girl is mine, likewise im not sure the girl isnt mine.... so ive seen her a couple of times for the short bit of time the mum allows .... but basically in her view , i have no rights or responsibilities,, i only see her when she lets me or rather , for whatever amount of time she lets me .... early stages yet ,, the baby isnt even a month old , but i cant say i find that arrangement attractive for the future.

in truth she is a beautiful looking girl , and although i cant put my hand on heart and tell myself the baby is definitely mine ... she just might be (ive reasons to doubt either way).

how straight forward is it for someone in my position to get a DNA court ordered test done in Poland - and if it comes out that im the dad - will i assume all rights (responsibilities too) as if i did sign that birth certificate- that is to say , in the future could get a legal order of some sort to let me see the child for a reasonable amount of time ?

as an aside , also ,, taking the child to England in the future would be nice- am i right in assuming , that since the mum is Polish - the little girl would have to use her Polish passport to get out of Poland ? -

(ive reasons to doubt either way).

so what your saying is during the time of your relationship your girlfriend cheated on you? or she was seeing someone
else while she was seeing you? you should clear up the confusion so that others can help cause you sound more confused
then the situation.

if you doubt this child is yours you should get a DNA test if you believe she isnt yours. but in the defense of the mother if your

just saying it because you dont want any responsibility , then dont worry about it, sounds like the mother has everything under
control.. anyone can father a child, it takes a real man to be a dad.

an old and very true saying.

Unless your name is on birth certificate, you don't have ANY rights. Then, if you do want to gave rights (which come with obligations), you speak to the mother (or take her to court).
