SMO as the key to the most stable Eastern Europe in centuries?

We were talking about it and you agreed with me

... about tightening ties with Finland/Sweden and Turkey, as a way to supplement our alliances, not as something to rely upon instead of them. Alliance with Ukraine is political fiction - I can't see it with their current neo-banderist administration.

Is Bobko paying you?

:)

You can accuse me of many things, Iron, but needing sponsorship isn't one of them.

Very few?

Yes indeed, very few. Communists in Poland knew they were outnumbered and without the hard tight of the iron fist from Moscow in forms of NKVD bayonets or Soviet tanks had to go on «ustępstwa» at every turn when it was blatantly obvious that they lacked support. Every time they bought only time for the round table talks to finally happen for them to leave the political scene in one piece.

Where did the commies want the new capitol of Poland? LUBLIN! They had given up on Warsaw yet the people, working class and the poor all stepped in to rebuild it as a form of justice towards the evils of ww2.

Even Stalin himself looked down upon the communists in Poland, pre-war, during ww2 and post war. Most of them were sky riding idealists he had no respect for.

They had a illegitimate government in Poland only aknowledged and accepted by other parts of the world out of fear for Stalin and later on Soviet tanks.

A lot of people profited from the PRL era, I mainly only see it as bump that slowed Poland down. Poland could have prospered a lot earlier before 1989.

Cause of the heavy focus on home industry that failed and were costly and not profitable (but also abused by the Soviet Union). There aren't much Polish industry, business or big firms owned by Poland selling Polish brands abroad.

@Bobko
Your family were not traitors to Russia. They were part of a system and family ties with a order that lost. That new order saw it as justice fighting injustice with unjustified means.

t needing sponsorship

It is not about a need but about greed. If I were serious I would say you did not give me a strighfoward answer.
You don't work for some 'services' do you?

That is a good point and for the last 40 years Poland stayed to be a market and a place where foreign firms invests. It tell us there is something wrong with organization, law or social structures in Poland, and I call it post - soviet in charge.
It is a joke that almost 40 million country in the middle of Europe with good education and work ethic, not without resources and ores can't have any internationally recognized brand like some third world country. Even Finland not to mention Sweden has one, Sweden has several and is strong in military production.
Sweden ten million people, Finland only five. WTF?
While our ruler Tusk twit some BS about the members of the opposition. What a lame loser!!!
Let sell him cheaply for parts.
