Total embargo on all things Russian in Poland! Not only resources. Another thing that comes to mind is Russian culture. There were a lot of various performances each year.

Resource embargo may work well for Russian economy in long run. It may start to concentrate on manufacturing. Canada is other shamefull example of a resource supplier.
