Looking for Wyszynska and Poplinski from Ciechanowiec

My grandmother was born in 1903, we believe. Her mother was Zofia Wyszynska. My grandfather also lists the same town above in Ellis Island records. His name is Michael Poplinski, Paplinski or variation. His parents were Casper and Maria. Michael was born in 1888. Any ideas how to get birth records from this parish would be much appreciated!

Such old records will be already in the state archives. Some have been digitilised and are available online. Others are not. In that case you need to contact the archives.
