I think that in general you are thinking in a wrong direction a bit. Eastern Europeans can't solve the global and possibly mental problems of Western Europeans. Only the later suppose to decide what they need as a civilization and solve their global problems themselves. No doctor can cure a patient if he doesn't want to cure himself. In general the nature's laws are tough - the fittest survives.
