Just talked to an Ukrainian who's been living for 30 years in Odessa. They consider Russians lazy people, could he be right?

I refer you to the article "Dlaczego przeciętni Polacy odwracają się od Ukrainy i Ukraińców" in the recent, 34 (1389), issue of Przegląd. You can overdo propaganda and then it will have exactly the opposite effect to the one intended. That is exactly what is happening now.
My advice to the rulers of Poland in the area of propaganda would be: don't be more retarded than absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, I know they won't take my advice.

It is very exceptional both in cruelty (human safaris, bombing of shopping malls, rape of conscripts) and incompetence (basically anything they touch, build or buy)

The guy has been living in Odessa for a long time and that's how they see Russians there. He also mentioned that despite great resources, Russians aren't good farmers and they would have a very hard time surviving if their country was a regular size, like Poland, as they are not very efficient at what they do.
