I know that this is probably a stretch for anyone to be able to help, but here goes. My husbands gr grandfather lists his place of birth poland. His name was changed to James MeKenen. I do know that he lists a Tit (Father) Rulena(Mother) in a marriage listing. Any kind ideas of what the translation could be. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

This is not very clear, perhaps you could rephrase it?

Do you mean that you do know that your husband's father's name was Tit and the mother's Rulena?
Neither of which mean anything in Polish that I am aware of.

TIT: is the German and Russian version of the first name Titus (Polish Tytus).

RULENA: possibly a variant form of the feminine name Rolanda (extremely rare).
