Banas and Planeta Family from Radwan or Szczucin

I am trying to research Wawrzyniec Banas, my grandfather, who I believe was born in Radwan near Szczucin in 1890. My research tells me that even though they lived in Radwan, they would have gone to the parish in Szczucin. I have tried to search the LDS records for Szczucin for his family, but haven't been able to find anything definitive yet, because I know the names of so few of his relatives.

However I do know that my uncle, Jan Planeta, was born near him and I know his date of birth and parent's names, but the LDS records stop in 1890 and he was born in 1895. If I can find my unlce's records, at least I will be certain I am in the right town. Does anyone know how I can contact the parish in Szczucin to get a birth record? I don't speak Polish, so it makes it hard for me to do. Any help would be appreciated!
