Polonius3 993 | 12,357 1 Mar 2010 #1Everyone knows about bigos, kiełbasa-based żur and biały barszcz, grilling kiełbasa on a charcoal fire and eating it in sandwiches like a cold cut, but does anyone have some less conventional culinary (not deviant!) uses to put it to? I am referring to smoked, ready-to-eat kiełbasa.
