DominicB - | 2,707 10 Oct 2017 #2@Jimmylad89There are lots of kinds of Polish sausages. Some are cooked and meant to be eaten cold. If you're not sure whether yours is cooked, you can always steam for about 20 to 30 min in a covered frying pan with a little water in it.

idem - | 131 10 Oct 2017 #4it feels although it's already been cooked as it is fairly firm.I guess it is already cooked (smoked). To make it warm and tastier you can cut it along in halves and fry with onion.
