Italians have their fritata, the Québecois -- their pickled eggs and the French -- their quiche... Do you know of any typically Polish egg dishes?

Polish laid noodles/dumplings (Kluski kladzione)
This is a recepie consisting of only flour and eggs. The noodles/dumplings are formed by a spoon and boiled in water for a really tasty side dish or a meal on their own.

jaka na twardo --I enjoy a plain hard-cooked egg in the shell with salt & pepper, horseradish, cwikla or some hot sauce.
