Never seen it for sale anywhere outside the UK, very easy to make though: wikihow/Make-Clotted-Cream

very easy to make

Unfortunately, it takes ages to make and is very energy demanding:
"...cook for at least 8 hours. The cream may take as long as 12 hours to fully clot."

Unfortunately, it takes ages to make and is very energy demanding:

Method 2 takes 3 hours and then 8 of refrigeration.
Slow cookers use very little energy and your fridge is constantly using power anyway.

Lesson to be learned, read the full link entry (^_^)

You can't buy milk in Poland. Homogenized stuff, yes. Normal pasteurized, no. I get it from a farmer when I visit my parents-in-law. You can't get whipping cream either. People add chemicals to it to make it stand up. Pathetic.

You can't buy milk in Poland.

You can if you live close to a mlekomat. mlekomaty.org/mlekomat/2.191.lista-mlekomatow
Besides the fresh milk sold in the shops is not UHT, only stays good for two weeks or so.

Smurf, you are right, UHT is terrible and so uncommon in the UK. But it's still pretty standard in most family homes in Poland and also commmercial places!
