I need advice for an apartment I bought in the centre of Wroclaw. It is a new construction, i.e. delivered in developer standard.
Do you have any recommensations for companies offering one - or several - of the following services:
1) handover from developer (i.e. checking for technical issues, setting up a protocol, etc.),
2) equipping the apartment (from developing standard) & furnishing it,
3) complete management of renting out the apartment - incl selection of tenants.
They should be reliable and be able to communicate in English (or French, German,...). Ideal would be obviously to get all services from the same company.
