Finding good tradesmen from Poland to work in the UK

Im wondering if anyone could advise on how i could advertise for tradesmen to work in the UK. Sorry in advance if this post isn't suitable for the forum.

I've been looking for a builder for feckin

All the reliable ones (certainly in the sticks) seem to have left, its a case of do it yourself i'm afraid.

Seems that way, dolno. I've got a bloke coming this pm, but he said that even if he accepts the job, he can only squeeze us in at the end of December. There's been a pile of timber on the floor for months. The blokes who said they'd work just buggered off to Germany when a more lucrative offer came up. I can't say I blame them, but it's really unprofessional to say you'll do something and then don't. This has hapened to us half a dozen times.

Must admit I trust those who say it maybe two or three months before work could begin, local tyre place waited four months for some block paving, I had to wait 5 months for a carpenter to make a custom door, It was worth the wait workmanship was brilliant. as for going off to Germany leaving customers in the lurch, very common where I am (on the border)
