How do I apply for an attachment as a spouse?

My wife is getting her Polish citizenship seventy years after having left Poland. Once she has it, she will get a Polish passport. We want to live in Spain. I have an Australian passport. How do I apply for an attachment as a spouse? Do I do this through her Polish passport or via my Australian passport?

On what basis is she getting Polish citizenship and are you sure she qualifies? Didn't she have any other nationality prior to 1968?
