Job situation for hairdressers or barbers in Poland

Hi new to the forum just wondering what the job situation is in poland for hairdressers or barbers thanks

I think as always demand exceeds supply. After joining EU many hairdressers ran away. In Olsztyn (population ~200 000) you can take from min 20zł men to max 100zł-150zł women. Full waiting room|booking register. As an employee you can expect ~1500zł
