whatever you think the local market is willing to pay given demand, competition and how you want to position yourself

we settled on 70zł for 90 minutes - i think that thats reasonable.

I used to pay 35 zlotys for 45 minutes but not in Warsaw.

Depends on teacher's skills. Different case of polish second year student of english philogy, different of native speaker.
