People visiting the US from Poland

I live in the United States and am interested in bringing my brother over from Poland for a visit, even perhaps to work while he is here. What are the steps that I need to take in order for him to come.

I think you've got to send an invitation. with it he can go to the embassy to apply for a visa. never mention work in an invitation. they will turn it down right away. he won't get a green card this was anyway. tourist visa most likely.

You'll need an invitation letter. There is a sample here. Also would be a good idea to get the I-134 form fillled out and notarized.

I hear that by October Poland may be eligible for Visa Waiver Program (hopefully) which would allow poles to visit visa free for up to 60 days.
