I prefer the plum jam over the rose hip. I prefer the crusty sugary goodness over the powder.

If it is custard filled is it still technically a paczek?

Not sure. I don't like custard.

As for the powder though, thats the best part, when the sugar is getting all over you as you devour multiple paczki's in a row : )

I know this is in reply to an old post, but: Pticek's & Son Bakery at 5523 S. Narragansett is very good. I have fond memories of enjoying their sweets with my grandparents.
