Yes, the streets are not paved with gold and we do have people living below the poverty line in Britain and getting lousy wages... shocking I know! We also have high unemployment which is one reason why some people here are against the influx of immigrants as they feel that they are forcing wages down in certain sectors and 'taking our jobs', not to mention our men, women, houses etc............
