I am deadly against unskilled mass immigration

have you seen the film Children of men?

I will be paying far more tax when I graduate than the people ont this forum

my parents have contributed immensly to british tax

That could be considered foolish though as paying more doesn't entitle you to anything extra. You still get the same NHS treatment, or maternity pay for example. So it's not really ideal to boast about paying more tax.

I understand your point, I am not against skilled controlled immigration, I am deadly against unskilled mass immigration. I think that is a resonable concern.

I do understand your concerns, however, you do give a distinct impression that you hate anybody from Poland.

I would like to ask you though, have you met many Polish people here in Glasgow? If so, were they all so called 'ecomonic migrants,' here making their money and heading back home? I'm just curious as to why it is that you seem to dislike us so much.

Dont even try and turn this argument on me

You are the one who is criticising workers who are paying tax to subsidise you. Everything you have posted confirms that, at this stage in your life, you have taken more out of the system than you have ever put in.

Only morons who have never been to university to could say something as ignorant as this

Wrong.

Only spolit kids like yourself can spout the crap that you do.

I am in MY own country, I am not recieving jobseekers allowance, housing benefit/council house, child benefit etc. etc.
I am recieving higher education and I am recieving it in MY country where I spent years aying tax and continue to do so. I am not in your country recieving any kind of benefits.

Also we students dont get grants like the last generation, we get student loans where we pay back what we recieve with interest.

I am not a toilet cleaning polak with 2,3,4 brats in a british school, recieving everykind of benefit that the nu labour are stupid enough to throw at me.

Got to say that noimmigration has a point but he needs to back up his case with more official statistics and also acknowledge that the Scots are some of the worst for claiming benefits too. I say this as a Scot.

There is some substance to what u r saying noimmi, but please provide reliable data for credibility.

Don't blame the Poles for taking that which is being given to them. U will learn that the world is not a meritocracy noimmi.

noimmi often has a point but citing the Daily Mail or the Star hardly makes him credible

Come on noimmi, step up with government stats. As a legal student, I was trained to be highly resourceful in retrieving info. U should be the same. Furnish us with solid stats

acknowledge that the Scots are some of the worst for claiming benefits too.

Yes but seanus this is a completely irrelevant argument, sponging scots are scotland problem. The poles that are sponging benefits should not be britains problem.

Both are completely seperate issues and not suitable for discussion on the same thread. It is a scottish matter not a polish one and the poles have no business critizing scots for what they do in their own country.

for sources and figures I would recommend searching in migration watch which is a credible source of indeendant information migrationwatchuk.com

these statistics can be further verified by the national office of statistics.

They have a right to take up work in our country so that makes it Scotland's problem. U can't just ignore this reality. Britain signed the treaty back in 1972/73 noimmi. Please tell me that u have read the Van Binsbergen case. That'll tell u all u need to know. Freedom of work. I'll even cite u some obiter dictum if u want but the ratio decidendi is the most important.

Who said the Poles were criticizing the Scots?

I am not in your country

You are in MY country having a subsidised education which is being paid for by the very workers you are criticising - you should show some gratitude.

sponging scots are scotland problem

Kettle - pot - black.

It is a scottish matter

Well why dont you discuss it as one ?
When you go to work in your daddys pals firm you will be working in Scottish not British law.
Quote some Scottish stats laddie.

that you only pay back if you earn over £15k a year ....

I am not recieving child benefit etc. etc.

you wont do till you have a child ...

To say you are a apparently a law student you are failing miserably in terms of whats is deemed credible evidence (damned if i would want you to ever represent me) and what is evidence created to cause a moral panic in society which is what the sh1t rags do and will always continue to do ....

you need to learn to create an open mind not a closed one like you have "party in my pants" as this will be your undoing in the law establishments as you CANNOT work as a lawyer with a closed mind or bias laden opinions or speculations ..... so i would seriously consider a career change whilst you are ahead!!

that you only pay back if you earn over £15k a year

And at a subsidised interest rate...

What is he spending the money on anyway ?
Students already living in Scotland normally pay no tuition fees for full-time courses, they are subsidised by tax payers.

Noimaginations education is costing me a fortune and I have to say I am very dissapointed.

U can't just ignore this reality. Britain signed the treaty back in 1972/73 noimmi.

where is our referendum on the lisbon treaty, why are we being ruled by unelected leaders. Did the last generation know what the EU would develope into in 1972/73.

You are in MY country having a subsidised education which is being paid for by the very workers you are criticising - you should show some gratitude.

What do you do for a living ?. Did you go to university ?

What do you do for a living ?.

I have a good job - I pay a lot of tax to subsidise your education.

Did you go to university ?

Frequently.

I am not paying you to sit on your wee plukey arse all day, tugging off to the Daily Star.
Now put down all those tabloids and do some proper studying. Either that or come and clean my toilet for me.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA sociology .... You do know that students call sociology 'mickey mouse' degrees.

Infact there was a programm a few months back on BBC news regarding further education. They were complaining the sociology students along with art students require to put in the least amount of hours per week to pass their "degrees". sociology lectures are also drastically below the average hours teaching in regards to their peers.

Anyway what do you want to be when you leave your degree. You dont need dto become a egrees civil servant or social worker.

sociology

You've carefully avoided mentioning psychology. Why is that?

I imagined I almost said that with a voice a bit like that of Dr. Anthony Clare, with just a hint of Dr. Raj Persaud thrown in for good measure.
