it would make for interest as far as i know there is not any sort of social meet up between polish people and their english friends .. bijou tried and failed to get a polish night running on a friday just didnt generate enough interest from what i can make out.

i am sure i will ... its difficult because not many are willing to take on someone claiming benefits and i am only claiming them temporarily till i get moved and settled and back on my feet (just applied for three jobs back with NHS, got two written app's with my CV sat on side to go in post in morning and i am ringing Wincanton up about three positions that look inviting with them ... so if thats not pro-active job hunting i dont know what is!!)

plus most properties i am finding are majority in Balby -- which dont get me wrong is okay but when my daughter goes to school in Intake and i am not changing her schools it is a bit or rather a tad difficult as places to look are then limited somewhat. But alas i will find somewhere i usually do :)

Free Press each week and via Rightmove.co.uk (renting) as it lists all available without going through individual websites for properties going to have to keep an eye out in shop windows as well ... oh the fun hahaha

and 2nd fing is.... rite got this reply from SYlwek - the bloke who ownes this Polcaster paper - hes quite interested in our proposition :) I am in contact with him anyway :)

I gave him link 2 our forum web site so he had a luk here and said its brilliant and that it is gr8 idea and that he will come 2our meeting - just let him know where and when , and oh yes wots more he said if its gona work out he can even post something about this meeting in the paper :) so fingers crossed now decide when and whos gona show up :)

i am having another crazy thought ... but what if we did say a flyer/poster thing and took it to the polish shops and asked if they could display in window etc with our points of contact and get some feedback generated :)

oh im on a roll with the crazy!!!! But if you never try you will never know (a new motto for us all) ... what you think hun ... i would need your help to do the translating plus i could get one possibly displayed at college for the Polish that attend english courses there etc.

dnt fink we got many ppl interested in our meetin :( ehh......

it seems they are hiding lol ... i will work on the flyer/poster thing to go in the polish shops and that and email you it later with what you think to it and then send it back with the polish translation i will work some magic and get them advertised in places and see if we can drum up some interest away from the board :)
