Cyfra + installed by Poloniacentre.com

Hello

I wonder if anybody else has had a similar problem to mine.

I had a Cyfra + set installed in June this year by poloniacentre.com, run by Stanislaw Wyniczenko. A yearly subscription, the dish+decoder+hard disk and set up fee was £670. We had Cyfra + channels for around 3 months. Now all of them are scrambled.

We've been trying to contact poloniacentre.com for the past week and no-one answers the phones or emails. Needless to say, we are really disappointed.

Has anyone had any dealings with this company? I'd be grateful for any insight to this.

When you call them do they have an answering machine message or is it just ringing out.

Strange you wouldn't hear back from them or they wouldn't answer, almost sounds like they've gone out of business.
