If he's from the same part of the country as the judge, then yes, it's normal ;) ;)

I've heard some clangers about judges and their screwed up decisions.

You cannot rape a prostitute, the actual term is theft, taking goods without paying.

lol

In some US states, you could get life in prison or the death penalty.

or you could walk in a couple..

it's all about money here really. justice is just a splashy word.

That is a disgusting comment. Tell me, is it OK to beat an a**hole half to death if everyone knows he's a jerk? Is it OK to male-rape a man if he's gay? Abuse is OK, if they are somehow considered less than human by your ilk, is that it?

"Luniewski raped his first victim, now aged 31, by Water Lane after dragging her on the ground by her hair.

The woman scratched his face as she struggled and screamed for help.
Shortly later Luniewski raped his second victim, aged 23, at the back of Yorkshire Bank near Holbeck Lane.

The court heard he became violent and twisted her arm behind her back, breaking a finger.

Luniewski threw her to the ground and ripped her clothes before raping her as she struggled and bit his hand as he stifled her screams."

in albania, prostituted women are seen as lower

In the UK albanian men are seen as low, it doesn't mean we have the right to abuse them! Kind of explains a few things about Albanian men now, obvioulsy you think it's okay to abuse women since most women in Albania don't bother to report rape, you people wonder why we have restrictions on your entering the UK?

have heard stories of how rejected English women would accuse Polish guys of rape as a form of vengance

Have you got evidence to back this claim up? If you haven't then I would be careful about what you say.

It's also a bit worrying. Some British clowns who read and swear by the tabloids then start to just see "Polish person did negative that, Polish person did negative this" coupled with all the junk about Poles taking jobs etc. and all of a sudden there's an attack on some innocent Polish person? Why? Because a bad Polish person did something. The tabloid press ought to be restricted on their sensationalism.

Are you saying we should only report on rapes that are committed by British men? Surely if someone from Poland commits a crime, it is he who is creating a negative image...the paper isn't responsible for his actions.

That's right, they just like to highlight Polish nutters even though there are less of them than British nutters. In Britain anyway.

I don't quite follow your logic? People that come to Britain should abide by our laws, if they don't then the British public have a right to know that foreigners are abusing their host country, like you said, we have enough of our own nutters who incidently make it into the papers and on to the news on a regular basis why should someone foreigner receive special treatment from the press?

Yeah, that's the problem... they can't be deported.

Neither do half the violent foreign scum we give room and board to for months on end!

Do polish people no that it is illegal to rape n the UK

Would you like a 6ft broom handle shuved up your ar$e? That's legal in the UK, or at least I know of no law that stipulates that you can't shuv a 6ft broom handle up a fucktards ar$e!

No, if I want to say that then I would have written it. ;)

Yes it is him that's creating the negative image which the tabloids then take and multiply tenfold. The papers aren't responsible for his actions but they are responsible for their own and they should be aware that for some people tabloids are their only source of information.

Yes of course they should follow the law. They shouldn't receive special treatment but they do because incidents involving foreigners tend to be over-reported. So even though more of our nutters are in the news more often when a foreigner commits a crime it receives more attention. Why? Because it will sell more papers.

Even when foreigners aren't committing crimes certain newspapers will run negative stories.

Then people shouldn't go around raping people if they don't want to bring their country into disrepute. The papers are regulated to a certain standard, people have the right to sue if they feel they have been missrepresented, in this case, this guy was not missrepresented so therefore he was fair game! By the way most people use the web, newpaper sales are at an all time low.

Im sorry but you are wrong, look at the recent cases in the "national" papers and you will see the vast majority of them are British. You know what sells papers? It isn't someones nationality, it's the offenses that people commit, I didn't even know about the case they are taking about in this thread and I go through ALL of the tabloids and the broad sheets on a daily basis. Besides, why shouldn't be aware that foreigners are abusing our country?

I think the problem is that often these stories are given some kind of priority because it makes them different to the huge number of non-foreign stories. To be honest, sometimes when I look in a local paper, like The Shropshire Star, it is full of rapes, muggings and murders but they are seem commonplace they hardly get more than a couple of paragraphs.

This case is disgusting, so it's sensational. I think the fact a foreigner commited the crime is just a bit of extra spice to it.
