Anyone have any nice recommendations for cycling in Poland?

Here's one I found today that is convenient to Lublin, where I will be going:

Part of the site is in English and other languages as well, besides Polish.

You will find Poland to be a great place for cycling. Especially in the country. But the roads are narrow so be careful.

You might find some booklets in the shops........for cyclists.....they have routes, maps, distance, gradients of hills and places of interest.. We have them for the Wroclaw area so just check for the area you are living in.

We did find a lot of interesting things, though of course now it's too rainy and muddy to do much. The tourist office has a number of detailed maps you can buy that , as you say, Wroclaw, show the gradients and stuff. We got one from Lublin to Kaz. Dolny. One section of road was "hardened ground" that was strewn with big sharp gravel stones and lots of broken ceramic tiles. Ouch. Another section was like moondust. The parts on the country roads were pretty nice, though. Such is the bike route that starts from the skansen on the west side of Lublin.

It was best on the weekends, when there is not so much truck traffic. Biking in Rostocze was very nice, as the place is really set up for it. The forest sand trails are hard to ride on, but worth walking through the tough bits.
