The closest ski resort that I could get to from Warsaw?

so i'm moving over to Warsaw on Sunday. Got a job lined up and hopefully it'll all go well. Just wanted to ask what's the closest ski resort that I could get to from Warsaw.

Also are there any good bars that I could walk into next week without getting any dodgy stares for being on my own lol

The closest ski resort ?...Hmm...moutains in Poland are in the south of the country...the closest ski resorts are hundreds kilometers far from Warsaw i'm afraid...

About bars, i can't help you, but there must be a lot of cool places to go ;)

But to be honest it isn't that good this year, and we are going to Štrbské Pleso Slovakia next week as it has guaranteed snow and better runs.
