MsCat 1 Jul 2009 / #1Hi,I might be moving to Poland sometime next month and have dozens of questions I can't seem to find answers to online. My salary will be pretty low - 2500pln netto and I'm wondering if one can survive on that.Is flat-sharing common in Poland, Wroclaw? how much could that cost me (all inclusive)? and how much would a studio apartment be? Are there agencies for non-Polish speaking people? Thanks in advance for any advise/help.Cat
polishcanuck 7 | 462 1 Jul 2009 / #2Yes you can live a simple lifestyle on that salary. Many poles have to live on less!As for finding a room to rent, as a foreigner you will be charged more for rent. It would be great if you could find a polish speaker to look for a room on your behalf. A 1 bedroom flat shouldn't cost more than 600-800zl/month in wroclaw, for example.
