I am trying to purchase a property in Poland but as i do not speak Polish I am little stuck.
Have tried Polish speaking UK solicitors but they would rather not get involved. Have contacted english speaking Polish law firm but no response.
Is there a firm or person who can help with negotiations on the purchase price.
I know the property and a little of the background so my offer does need a little explaining.
If the sellar agrees then I should be able to sort it out from there, notorary etc.
