3 cheers for Ola

I believe Ola went to the UK...probably working there . maybe even considering buying a house there...? She has every right to do this , but of course it should not be allowed for English people to do the same thing in Poland...

Poland for Poland

Sure, as soon as all 2 million+ Poles return to Poland.
Then I will leave.

You know Bolek, you remind me of RevokeNice and BritishEmpire.
You guys are delusional to think that 'Ireland for Irish' or what you just typed there has any relevance in the real world.
I have read some of your post before and they are very childish.

True, Sean, true. I am planning to buy a house in a small Polish village for a price the poor Poles cannot afford and when I live there, I will remind them of that fact every bloody day.

:))

Lets not close this discussion because one person thinks so, lets continue on, firstly Ola the original poster is a hero of the Polish people and speaks for the vast majority.
Poland for Poland STO LAT.
3 cheers for Ola

And you wonder why there is so much hatred towards our people in the UK these days?? You won't be smiling so much if the Jews manage to reclaim their stolen property!

Jews manage to reclaim their stolen property!

Tell that to 1jola who so triumphantly found a source saying that some Dutch stole property of Jewish Dutch who were taken away.

That's as good a reason as any to by a house.
Buy one beside Bolek just to rub salt in...

The head is fine, thanks ;P

lol, now wouldn't that be justice? He's already lost money on his apartment, and if immigrants move in next door, he could lose even more! hahahaha!!! :D

I will. And I will give tours as well :) I will guide him and others through my house while constantly saying: "have a good look at something you will never be able to afford".

:)

Step 1) Buy property in the area for astronomical prices, pushing up the prices.

Step 2) Buy Bolek's property.

Step 3) Let the flat out to Bolek.

LOL

What, that house is only 50K? That is way too low; I will pay at least 350K for it! Bolek of course will be facing a (not so) slight rent-increase - after all, I'm not only an immigrant, I am also Jewish, so I have to squeeze as much as I can out of those poor Poles; I'm obliged to my descendency to do that.

:))

>^..^<

M-G (what would be a reasonable rent? 2500 Zloty per month? Or is that on the low side?)

You'll hear no complaints from me - but then, you haven't seen my nose ;) lol

That's fine, but remember that you need to charge him 500PLN/month for heating & maintenance as well ;)

According to some of the ads we get on here 2000PLN for 15 M2 and only 15 minutes from the city centre (not a guarantee) seems to be the going rate.
