I have to agree that this neo-liberal globalist garbage is an incorrect broken social model. Ola123 is correct in every aspect. The world needs a model that an accommodate everyone. global capitalism and loss of territorial integrity is not a solution. neither is mass migration. selling your country wholesale for cheap is not correct either. protectionism works if applied correctly. please see examples of USA in the 1800's and current Chinese models of tax protectionism..

Quite simply Poland exists for Polish people. Sweden for Swedish people, Russia for Russians, Israel for Israeli people. The idea that foreigners can come in wholesale lots and purchase Polish land is criminal. This inevitably leads to UNDESIRABLE mass foreign population influx and other problems.

The best method in order to accommodate foreign investment is the creation of investment companies that are able to purchase in the 49% category of any European land to which they are not native. In this method they may receive 49.9% of all profits generated without the privilege of ownership. These companies can be traded on the open markets with their existing stock pool (49%) being on the open market. In this method, we have successful investment into E.U countries without selling the country literally, to foreign elements. Creative financing laws would allow you to even receive 90% of the profits and own 49% of the property.

The other solution would be to create specific "foreign investment zones" similar to Chinese "SEZ" (see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shenzhen). In this method economic growth of any kind will be permitted as long as it is contained within the SEZ. In these areas, anyone would be able to visit and do whatever they please. This would even be environmentally friendly as energy requirement distribution is focused on one particular area. Proper development of public transportation and trams could reduce private vehicle usage thereby allowing the meeting of Kyoto protocol level agreements.

Indeed if not for the cause of the country, for the cause of the environment growth should be planned in proper methods. In this way we avoid foreigners purchasing the country, environment is preserved as specific development only occurs in approved areas subject to legal development with greenhouse gas emissions controlled due to the lack of urban sprawl.

Western syphilization with mass suburban housing divisions, cars for everyone, broken multi-culturalism with ethnic ghettos, spreads of HIV/AIDS brought in from 3rd world countries, excessive credit card debt, and finally the worst crime. Lowering of educational standards to meet "multi-cultural" needs, is not what European society needs to prosper.

Proof:
French- race riots of recent memory.
Sweden - where entire areas are ethnic ghettos subject to regular riots.
UK- 3rd world areas resembling the places these people come from with similar behaviors brought about by them.
USA- L.A. race riots, recent NYC race protesting.

Influx of mass foreign populations leads to tensions in society and the decay of that society. In order for a culture to exist it must have a standard upon which it functions. Introduction of even moderate quantities of foreign elements leads to dysfunction of such host culture. These people would take at least 2-3 generations to fully assimilate, and often do not simply because they view European society as alien to them.

Therefore this leads to creation of ethnic ghettos, which causes many social problems and decay of a country from within. Why should [any] but more specifically European country subject themselves to internal decay and slums brought about by mass immigration through availability of land or even apartments to foreigners? No Thank You.

If the Poles can come to Britain and have British jobs then it's fair that the Brits buy Polish land.

The Poles need to keep up with the times. Many of the people who are investing in Poland (I use the word investing appropriately) are of Polish origin and until now favourable to Poland.

Mind you, saying that, I have never met a bigger lot of rogues in my life. Poles who claim that they are qualified tradespeople and end up doing botched jobs and overcharging foreigners. Hostility from Poland will create resentment of Poles abroad. It acn't all be one way.
