daniel.podpora 19 Sep 2009 / #1haloI do not know if this post will be deleted but please find an interesting article about currency loans.Polish finance - should you take a Euro loan now?foreignfinance.pl/?en,newsthis also can be considered to refinance your existing PLN loan in to CHF/EUROregardsDaniel
Wroclaw Boy 19 Sep 2009 / #2In my opinion this would be a fairly good time to take a Euro loan on a Polish asset but not the best, its a huge gamble either way. The Euro is low right now against the PLN but may get lower. Who knows?
OP daniel.podpora 19 Sep 2009 / #3That is why we decided to write a short article about it. have you read it.it is true that it is a gamble but as far the euro is above 4 pln i will be recommending euro loans. if it will be lower i would think twice if it is worth to take a riskregardsDaniel

fzt 22 Sep 2009 / #8In this article, you assume that the adoption rate for the PLN when its will be switched to Euro, will be 3.6I wonder where this information comes from ?!If this will be the case, any investment in Poland will be profitable, but this is just speculation
OP daniel.podpora 25 Sep 2009 / #9that is true that it is speculationdata are given by government but it is a wish now...
