Did you have any problems generally buying the property?

Are properties going up? Do Polish people buy these property or is it foreigners?

Are there lots of jobs available for the students when they finish?

If you look at krn.pl there are a number of recent articles (in Polish) that will answer your questions.

Agreed. It is a great place to own a property but perhaps not such a great place to BUY a property in the current climate.

I think the Krakow market is reaching it's peak and there are far better options around the country.

If money is no object then invest in Warsaw or Krakow but if you're looking for short to mid term investment then perhaps look elsewhere.
