Can any one advice on where to search for Real Estate,apartment, and flats
that are for sale in warszawa.
I am mostly looking for apartments and flats that are in need of lots of reconstructions/development.
i do feel there are certain level of property within such areas "Wola, Mokotow, Srodmiescie"
as my research contunites, but my question is how do i get hold of one for sale.
what are the correct local Authority procedures

I am in the 3M but have sourced all the properties Ive bought through Anonse which has its real estate issue on a Wednesday. Ones listed in bold tend to be through an agent, ones listed in normal type are being sold privately.
It has become increasingly difficult here to find renovation projects being sold cheaply enough to resell for a worthwhile profit once work has been done
