I have an idea how to make "your" (German) help more effective. We should eliminate the middleman I mean German and Polish bureaucrats. There is about twice more German citizens, so every adult German citizen would be handed number of bank account of two adult Polish citizens. Your honest intentions would be more appreciated in such almost personal contact. I could be one of two Polish citizens on your payment list! Do you share my enthusiasm?!? :)

This time the Irish voted Yes, massive propaganda campaign financed from our taxes worked, so... it is 1:1 now! Lets organize third deciding voting. This time campaigners for NO would be provided similar amount of public cash. Independent observers from outside of Europe would be welcome as well.
