I personally enjoyed my stay in London a year ago, and found that place very charming. Didn't had any bad experience with Londoners, quite opposite actually. They were always very helpful and polite.

thought the same but didn't want sound rude to say it. I seem more friendly towards north.
London i overcrowded, dirty and overpriced for me.

Most people think the same, definately not rude - the Londoners have the manopoly on that one!

charming is not a word I would use to describe London - I actually hate having to go for meetings there - people squashed on the tube and people knocking in to you - a girl fainted just before the exit on the tube last time I was there and people just walked on (I didnt - I offered assistance) - I come from a large city and have never seen such complete and utter lack of compassion, it disgusted me.

Never go to London in summer-it is dirty and polluted. In winter and autumn it is great.Get the tube to Leicester Square tube station.Walk out and you can see Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus,Chinatown,Trafalgar Square,Covent Garden,National Portrait Gallery,British Museum all for free.Cheap food can be found in Chinatown.Other Places to see are Natural History Museum,Science Museum,Victoria & Albert museum and many more for free(they used to cost £8 each to enter).London has so much to see at no cost-parks,gardens,other galleries etc.

Wow are Brits that heartless? Sounds horrible. NYC isn't even that bad.

It depends -also,not Brits but Londoners. They can be different like New Yorkers are different to other Americans.Sometimes the tube is very crowded and people actually find it difficult to stop and help because of the pressure of the crowd behind. But some Londoners on the tube can be a bit weird.Sometimes when they see children on the train they stare like they are aliens.

I see. It's similar to the "businessmen" in NYC during rush hour. Didn't really mean to generalize by the way.

he economic growing in Poland is much higher in the old EU- countries. In this proces
You must take care of the enviroment! I have read in some newspaper that Poland
want to build a big higway in a area of stabil naturelife of birds and plants. I think
the name is Rospuda Valley. Please stop this disaster! Convinced Mr. Kaczynski & Co.
to make some other planes for this beautifull area.
