Yeah..but you forget that even the ukrainians themselves are split on this question!

the Ukranian government is for the decision.... don't tell me Germans really care about the Ukranian public(it's a sad excuse being used because Germany is afraid to antagonize Russia) why should Russia dictate the terms... if Russia wants the EU to dissolve should we do it as not to antagonize them?........ also like I said earlier.... the Ukranian government and military know much better then some average joe what is best for the security of the country.... Not to mention it's just a MAP, it's not like Ukraine will be joining tommorrow....

As far as your referendum idea, sure tell Germany to give Ukraine the MAP and right before it's time to join the organization the country can vote....

Great Article by President of Poland.... Whatever your views of him are, put them aside because he's spot on with this article....

European leaders must be aware that the process of integration with NATO runs parallel with enlargement of the EU. Failure at this week's NATO Bucharest summit to bring Ukraine and Georgia into the Membership Action Plan would be bad news not only for NATO, but also for the EU and might put at risk the construction of a stable European security system.

Crap! *rolls eyes*
The EU will live on happily without Ukraine or Georgia...believe me....:)

It would signal the loss of NATO's political purpose and significance on the security map of Europe and the world. The organization would irreversibly lose its stabilizing role.

Many people in Europe are wondering about the role of the NATO anyhow...
maybe we should slowly abandon it in favour of an EU action force...

I doubt it, eastern EU members will not be pleased if they see the door closed to Ukraine.... Why is it that Germany has no problem anatogizing countries in eastern EU but when it comes to Russia they cower at the chance.... this will make both those countries feel safer and will bring them peace of mind....

lol, yeah that's a good one..... because the EU has shown so much committment in sending troops to Afghanistan...... EU action force???? Maybe EU diplomatic force....... Poland should not have to rely on countries who have clearly shown they are unwilling to answers the calls of NATO..... if they brush aside US which is much more powerful than Poland, what makes you think they won't brush aside Poland....

I was a huge proponent of a EU force, but from what I have seen lately from western EU..... now I am not so sure...... last thing we will need is eastern EU provide support to the force and western EU just piggybacking like they love to do...

EU action force...

With Gerries not allowed to shoot at the top... and a platoon of Belgian gays and Swedish feminists...

I doubt it, eastern EU members will not be pleased if they see the door closed to Ukraine.

Then they should go out...always complaining...manno...I'm sick of this...:(

sick of what, Germany being a coward????? yeah Im sick of this also..... Also majority of countries support Ukraine and Georgia, its Germany and a minority few who are the problem.... It's Germany that should leave the organization....

I didn't realize that Germany has a monopoly and if we disagree with them we must leave..... Face it my friend it's Germany whose in the minority here...

If your talking about EU, Germany has no monopoly over it either...... Bringing more countries into the EU is the least Germany can do to repay for the destruction is caused in ww2.....

It's Germany that should leave the organization....

Hehe...maybe we should....taking with us all our money and know how....some other richies will surely follow us...also sick of the whiners....

Or better yet, why not Eastern Europe founds their own club??? Huh? Got an answer to that?

Face it my friend it's Germany whose in the minority here...

As how you said so nicely concerning Ukraine...maybe the govenrment just know better than the ordinary plebs!
Majority doesn't seem to mean much to you concerning the majority of Ukrainians who don't want to become NATO-member...

Bringing more countries into the EU is the least Germany can do to repay for the destruction is caused in ww2...

Hullo?

Take a hike...

like you said Germany should leave...... like I said it's the least Germany can do for the destruction it caused in ww2.

Majority doesn't seem to mean much to you concerning the majority of Ukrainians who don't want to become NATO-member...

the map is an invitation, doesn't mean that Ukraine will be joining tomorrow, like you said lets have a referendum right before Ukraine is about to join... as for now give them the MAP and may the chips fall.....

don't use this sad excuse because Germany doesn't care about Ukranian public....

face it Germany is a coward.............. they think they own the EU..... they clearly don't

like I said it's the least Germany can do for the destruction it caused in ww2.

Suck it!
Now I'm even more convinced the previous enlargement was an error and I so hope
they show others the finger! Whiners and beggars!

lol, don't be such a baby......... Tell Germany to leave....... they can join Russia.... since Germany has such a fascination with them.....

look at your snobby attitude, its a direct representation of the German people.... you think you own the EU, never did and never will.....

What would you do without german/EU money....Washington surely isn't paying!

Take your money...... leave like you said...... don't need you, don't want you anymore...

Shut up your big mouth...only hot air anyway!

that's funny, because everybody else reading your posts will think that its you that's full of bs......

PS I hope Sarkozy teaches Germany a little humility......
Bratwurst Boy 12 | 11,850
31 Mar 2008 /  #43
Ja ja...blah blah.....as I said only hot air!

Just because you are a little Russophobe (and a Germanophobe probably too) won't Europe destroy cordial relationships to Russia.
Yes, we all learned in the mean time how you would like to antagonize both of us...but
it's not happening! To bad...
Grzegorz_ 51 | 6,148
31 Mar 2008 /  #44
why not Eastern Europe founds their own club???

The time will come but first we must suck out losers.

31 Mar 2008 /  #46
I didn't mean to hurt your feelings....... Tell Germany to contribute more to the NATO force and stop piggybacking on other countries sacrafices....

why are you so defensive, like a little kid.... could it be because you know your wrong.....

don't worry, Sarkozy seems to upstaging Merkel each chance he gets.... I am going to sit back and just enjoy.....
Bratwurst Boy 12 | 11,850

Tell Germany to contribute more to the NATO force and stop piggybacking on other countries sacrafices.

Why the hell should we????
When we disagree with what the US is using NATO for WHY THE F**CK SHOULD WE LIFT ONE FINGER???

why are you so defensive, like a little kid.... could it be because you know your wrong....

Ditto Matthias!
It's you being agressive to Germany...you are talking sh*t, it's just that easy!
Why aren't the Poles standing in the queue to help poor Amis??? I'm sure you have still some regiments to spare...
Why not licking some more US boots?

don't worry, Sarkozy seems to upstaging Merkel each chance he gets.... I am going to sit back and just enjoy.

What is it with you and Sarkozy?
Aren't you a little bit obsessed by him? :)
He is an weird guy and the french are getting sick of him.
I can't see him making longstanding changes...

(But I know you would like a b*tching Europe, wouldn't you?
Sorry, we both (France and Germany) are in this for the long run
and to mature and to committed to each other to keep distracted by minor things...to bad for you!
matthias 3 | 429
31 Mar 2008 /  #48
Why the hell should we????

That's part of your duty... something Germany knows nothing about......

When we disagree for what the US is using NATO WHY THE F**CK SHOULD WE LIFT ONE FINGER???

Like I said majority of NATO undertand that winning Afghanistan is needed.... even Germany concedes this.... stop piggybacking.....

Ditto Matthias!
It's you being agressive to Germany...you are talking sh*t, it's just that easy!

Im not being defensive........ i don't care.... I state facts and when I do you start crying like a baby..... Germany doesn't contribute what it should..... US boots??? lol, this has nothing to do with US... this has to do with eastern Europe having to do the heavy lifting while Germany sits back... why is Germany so afraid of the US?????

obsessed with Sarkozy???? lol

maybe you can quote me all the times I talked about him.... what 3 posts out of my thousand....
Bratwurst Boy 12 | 11,850
31 Mar 2008 /  #49
He...why not you contributing more instead?

Come on...give! :)
Give Soldiers and Money...GIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE!

You little, crazy man!
In one of your "arguments" Germany is cowering in fear from Russia..now we are afraid of the US...
I don't wanna know in which universe you live! LOL :)
matthias 3 | 429
31 Mar 2008 /  #50
He...why not you contributing more instead?

wer'e contributing more than Germany is..... Were pulling our own weight... the same thing that can't be said about Germany.......

Whatever you want to call it but Germany is so appeasing to Russia..... Yet so against US.......
Bratwurst Boy 12 | 11,850
31 Mar 2008 /  #51
Oh you will have to send some more to keep Washington happy! :)

But what about some money for Germany? We could need some....

Whatcha going to do if we abandon NATO...wanna become 52th state of the US???:)
matthias 3 | 429
31 Mar 2008 /  #52
But what about some money for Germany? We could need some....

Germany doesn't need money, it needs a wake up call..... EU is not Germany, its 27 member states.........

Washington is satisfied with Polish contributions.... more important is that Poland knows that it's not piggybacking....

why are you so worried about Poland's relationship with the US...... 52nd state??? no that's cool, we got the EU.... and please feel free to abondan NATO, it's not like your contributing much.....
Bratwurst Boy 12 | 11,850
31 Mar 2008 /  #53
more important is that Poland knows that it's not piggybacking

You piggyback alot...without Germany Poland wouldn't even be in the EU.
All your development is made with geman help and german money....but nooooooo...
no piggybacking here...better not talking about THAT!
Better antagonizing and annoying Germany....sure! Better being a loudmouth!
Better ignoring uncomfortable truth!

Washington is satisfied with Polish contributions

Says it all, really! :)
At least master is satisfied..."Poodle" doesn't comes even close! :)
matthias 3 | 429

You piggyback alot...without Germany Poland wouldn't even be in the EU.

get over it, where in the EU now and Germany can't do anything about.....

All your development is made with geman help and german money....but nooooooo...

least you can do, after the destruction you caused in ww2, it's time to pay back for your mistakes....

no piggybacking here...better not talking about THAT!

piggybacking????? Poland does all it can do to help the EU and NATO, truth is Germany can do a lot more, it just chooses not too.....

Better antagonizing and annoying Germany....sure! Better
being a loudmouth!

actually it's Germany and you that is doing the antagonizing..... majority support Ukraine in NATO..... whose the troublemaker now?????

Better ignoring uncomfortable truth!

Im feeling very comfortable thank you very much....
Bratwurst Boy 12 | 11,850

Your so lame..... whenever your confronted by something you can't handle you resort to childish posts.....

hey I have a suggestion, try this, less emotion and more logic......

Hey tell Germany to join the rest of us in NATO (the majority), and stop causing division and trouble... I see Germany has such a fascination with Russia, it's starting to use Russian tactics...
Bratwurst Boy 12 | 11,850
31 Mar 2008 /  #59
When Russia and Germany worked together it was always good for both of us! :)
What's wrong with that?

Maybe Germany should leave NATO....*thinks about that, likes the thought*
France does it too after all....
matthias 3 | 429
