how did you know she was lying? give me tips for catching him out

look directly into his eyes, if he's not looking directly at you then there is a chance he is lying, if he is looking anywhere else but at you, he is lying.

Also watch his body language, if he looks like he's hiding something, arms crossed or making his body small then he is closing up, which means there is a good chance he is lying.

If his body is relaxed and open then it means he is not hiding anything, then there is a good chance he is telling the truth.

How long does it take him to answer, there is a good chance if he is lying it will take him a while to come up with an answer, on the other hand if he just comes out with an answer then there is a better chance he is telling the truth. This third point though is the most unreliable out of the three, they eyes and body language are most important to watch

Wondering, if you'd have a good communication, and if you'd talk in your relationship about everything (it's VERY IMPORTANT) and not only you, he also, you wouldnt be asking those stuff here.

exactly my point, if you were comfortable in your relationship you wouldn't need to post this here, you would either speak with him or trust him out right that he is not sleeping with this girl.

This is why i gave my advice to leave him, better of you being in control than not :)

You've been reading too many comic books.

A controlling type of person will look you straight in the eye and say........No

set up a secret camera for next time she comes over?? Does the sister have a bf? why dont you ask her too why she stays in his bed? or call the parents and ask if this is normal for them?

listen sweetie with the greatest respect you have two real options:

1. You forget about feeling sick about asking him the questions and just ask them, if you don't you will always have doubt in your mind, this is not good and you cannot carry a relationship on with doubts such as these.

2. You can't pluck up to ask the question so you tell him that its over, if you leave him before you find out something you won't like it will be much less painful for you.

Sorry to put it too you like that but thats about the top and bottom of it. People can say all they want and talk about different scenario's but the real question is, do you want to continue the relationship in its current state??

its not nice being left out when she comes and as soon as she goes back to me. we are supposed to be as one, we come as a package.

but it is his SISTER... his family.... besides if you have a problem with that you should tell him that you would like to spend more time with them.... but if he doesnt include you in their plans, maybe its a sign, maybe he isnt involved in this relationship as much as you are.

thats what my friend sais to set up a camera,

if you do that it shows you don't trust him!!! can you not see what i'm saying, your FILMING YOUR BOYFRIEND BECAUSE YOU DON'T TRUST HIM!!!!! how many relationships that work have one or the other secretly filming each other, even considering it is a shore sign you don't trust him
