Maybe ask her to tell her parents everything about you, that you are Egyptian and Muslim. Then they will react on it and you can go from there.

But then on the other hand, it might be better if they just learn to know you as a person and not see race or religion before you meet.

i met a nice polish girl ,she was here in my country .. and we r so in love .. im going to visit her next month in poland .. she keeps telling me that its will be nice to meet her family,but i dont know im worried about this .. just because im from another country and another religion .. i just want to know if some one knows how her family will deal with that ? or it depends on how is this family and its different from family to another ?

Dude, be happy, as in very happy, if a girl insists on you meeting her family that means she's dead serious about the business, also being Asian might seem odd to them but unless you bump into some racist disphits they'll accept you no problem.
