I feel sad and like no one likes me, I'm soo lonely.

Wyspianska, you say what you feel in very strong and straight way. I say what i think, but in more calm way. We don't fight, we don't offend each other, i like you because i don't think different opinions can make someone angry. It's forum, we discuss here. Everyone is different person, but here is no reason to not like somebody just because he is honest.

Am i right?

I used to be more honest and I can see that it actually hurts my relationships.

Hmmmm.....what do you mean? That things were clearer before?

See I'm also in management, and I also had to learn how to deal with people in a non-threatening way. If I hadn't learned to do that, people were afraid to approach me. It has carried over into other aspects of my life. I guess it's useful, but I just could not let loose on someone, unless I was over-the-top furious, and then that would scare the hell out of people that had never seen me like that.

I guess I should just learn to live with it. I can be honest, I just do it in a gentle way.

yes and no. I am mainly talking about my personal relationships. As for professional relationships it depends on the situation. When I was the boss, I learned that I had to compromise in order to achieve progress. I am back at school now and I had to learn to be on the other side - which I really had a problem with at the beginning.

It has been an interesting experiance for me:)

Then again I rather be nice than pretend to be nice and boil inside;0

Why can some people say exactly what is on his/her mind and not worry what others will think or if it will hurt someone?

Because they have enough courage to just be themselves?

Is it because you are anonymous here?

No way am I being anonymous here, and I seriously doubt that anyone would ever be on the internet?

Can you be that way all the time, with anyone?

Yes I can, but that still doesn't mean that I will.. There are people I like, and people I don't like..

But the people I really don't like are those pretenders who think it's smart to wear a mask all the time. (I won't judge them all the same, because I know some people do this because they are scared of getting hurt and I understand..)

I mean the backstabbers who are in a world of fun when you're the one who's bleeding..

Does it depend on your mood?

Not really..

Just curious....

Alright, well, I hope I've satisfied your curiousity somewhat..

I can't really do that.

I think you can be yourself anytime, but I really don't mean to say you should mouth off someone, or tell someone how much you hate him or her when you feel like it. Common sense really.

Unless very pissed off, but even then I'm nice....

Sounds like the woman of my dreams! Seriously, I hate it when women go angry, especially at times when I just know I'm the reason why, makes me want to disappear..

I still think it's better to be yourself than to wear a mask though.

"So Debbie Magee, what first attracted you to the millionaire Paul Daniels?"

When i was in Poznan i saw lots of younger women wearing fur coats and looking very well maintained, unfortunately they all seemed to be with old, tubby, bald men wearing black leather coats and smoking heavily.

Then again in my local Tesco i have seen several Asian women dolled up on the arm of fat, tweed wearing farmers.

So England and Poland are not so different.

Ok... so i visited Poland a few weeks ago and saw a lot of things most of them beautiful if you know what i mean;-) but one of the strange things i saw was that a lot of young polish girls seemed to be with older guys... when i say older i mean around 10 years older or so, maybe a little less but always atleast 5 years older. This is weird, you never see this in england... never! So why is this cos there has to be some reason and i cant think why?

You never see this in England? Someone used Heather Mills as an example, and I doubt that she's the only young woman in England dating an old geezer (sorry beatles fans).

In my opinion, there are two main reasons why this happens:
1. Old man + money + young woman = perfect match in patriarchy
2. Women (sometimes) tend to mature faster than men. Personally, I wouldn't mind dating a guy that is 10-15 years older than me. I am 22 (23 in April!) and see nothing wrong with dating a guy that is close to 30. I've always liked men to be a bit older, and not because they might have money (sugar daddy = a feminist's nightmare). Guys my age (22-23) just don't interest me.....unless they're really hot :)

Forget it, unless you're really ugly, because she insists you have to be really f*cking ugly before she thinks you're actually hot..

Or so I've been told..
