Well... I am back in the wedding plans.....

well... we are talking about getting married after i am done with school

I am 18 female, dating a guy who is 28. I have been with him for 3 years now and this year we are really seriouse in our realationship. We are talking about weddings and talking about kids now. What am i to do??? Help??

think yourself lucky that you have such a strong loving relationship... finish school... go to university... look at how life goes and then think about getting married... and then think about having kids...

youre lucky that you have found happiness at such a young age... many people wait years to find their special person... some people never find them..

i am really glad that you are in a relationship where you both feel comfortable talking about marriage... but my gut instinct is to say dont rush into anything... you are young... who life in front of you... etc etc... :)

yea i am gald i have found someone as well... i have been hurt many times and i dont lik it. i am gald that he loves me for me and only me. i wont rush things.. he wants me to finsh school, get a job and start living my life

Yup, you defo are lucky in so many different ways, but what if I would speak my mind and say one of those ways would be that you're very good looking? Then what? Would you smile? Think too much? Or just laugh? Probably the last one. :)

But it's true, you're a stunning young lady, and if you have a boyfriend who's good for you, and you study for a half-decent qualification, then I'm sure your future looks bright indeed.

similar situation here but I am 38 & my girlfriend is 24 !
she was the one who chose me last April when she worked in England
we speak to each other at least twice every day !
I will be back in Poland with her in April now she has finished her law degree !

In the latino culture and many cultures worldwide, the man is at least 10 years older than the woman. This ensures a long relationship. You're 18 and if you get with someone your own age, then you will have real problems.

I disagree, because some adults can be extremely childish, and some youngsters can be very mature. And vice versa. :)

What is more probable? An 18 year old boy being able to deal with life's problems better than a 28 year old. I'm 26 now and I can deal with problems better than when I was 18. I am secure in many more ways now than before (emotionally, financially, spiritually). Many younger girls that I know would rather date an older guy because of maturity. Well I'm talking from the latino perception. What is the Polish take on this?

Well... your right. you cant juge him if you dont know him. But yea... a lot of younger girls do rather dat older guys beacuse they are more mature. I am really happy with my bf. There really is not problem with the 10 year diffrenace really. Beacuse when you get older it only seems just a number to you. So i dunno really.

Anyways 28 is still young. He looks young. Its not like he's old like over 35
