Arlene 23 Apr 2009 / #5To cms2103I am very surprised you didn't hired your lawyer. Why did you put her parent's address? It should be confidental matters between you & your lawyer and your girlfriend. Why did you wait so long and were you with her when she had givin birth. If not, she have rights. You may be too late. She didn't sold her baby. She let her parents to take care of baby if she is over 21 years. I wouldn't be surprised if she is 30 yrs. old.Good Luck!
Piorun - | 658 23 Apr 2009 / #6Perhaps your son has to live with your ex wife's parents because you're a deadbeat dad.And The Award for Ultimate DeadBeat Dad Goes Too…
niejestemcapita 2 | 561 23 Apr 2009 / #7Yeah just think, if you had married her when she told u she was pregnant, you would have rights.....;)
wildrover 98 | 4,441 23 Apr 2009 / #8Accusing somebody of a crime , and then posting their address on a public forum may well get you in a lot of trouble with the law....I think maybe the mods should delete this....
mafketis 36 | 10,694 23 Apr 2009 / #9You should either delete the address or request that the mods delete it.
Pani_Polska - | 89 27 Apr 2009 / #10Dont play dirty, it will get you nowhere except in trouble with the law.As everyone asks, why havent you called the police? gotten a lawyer? Nobody on this forum is going to harass her family for a stranger. Did you fight for part-custody or visitation after the child was born? If you were not present for the child's birth and following 10 months, expressed no interest thus far in being a father (until you found out about this), then she has the right to allow her child to be raised by her parents. If you have been trying to see your son and she has deliberately hidden him from you, including the pregnancy and birth, then you may have something. I hope you contact the authorities and an attorney and this is settled in favor of what is best for your son! I hope everything works out!

Grzegorz_ 51 | 6,149 28 Apr 2009 / #12My Ex Polish girlfriendIf you aren't married then you generally have no right to that child. How do you know It's yours anyway ?
