From PC-game experience I can tell you that there are games with English sound +subtitles & menus, there are some fully Polonised ones, and there used to be English only games (not seen so often anymore). In some cases you can change the subtitles/menus but noone packages sounds for all languages unless it's a freely available game with language packs.I wouldn't be surprised if PS2 games had regional lock-in. Just mail the manufacturer/official dealer of the game in question.
