Why are Polish people cheap?

Feliks - | 13

I suppose I am cheap. If I had a sewing machine I would make my own clothes. Poles can get away with being cheap because we are also very imaginative and inventive.

As for breast size, Polish women may well have smaller breasts than many British women, but only because overeating has become such a problem in British society. I think Polish women do have larger noses, but they're certainly not unnatractive; Interesting and adorable would be a better description.

And finally, as for British hospitals coping with the influx of foreigners, well, if all the foreigners left it would certainly be a fatal blow to the NHS, because there would be no medical staff left.

the education system is poland is lower than what we would teach a dog over here

An education system which is so poor that the majority of Poles come away from it being able to speak at least 3 languages. So 'ratcatcher', how many languages do you speak? (btw: imbecile doesn't count)

some will make an attempt to try and learn the launguage and intigrate with the locals.

As above, if you are referring to yourself as a local? Who really wants to learn to speak like an anti-social, narrow minded, arrogant twat!!

The schools are over full and the hospitals can not cope.

An influx of Polish people may not have helped but previous to the mass migration, schools were too full (government saying they'd reduce class sizes etc - perhaps a solution is to stop closing schools) and hospitals were not coping anyway (perhaps a solution is to stop closing hospitals..)

Good point, one of the schools in the Southampton area had a large extension built about five years ago, and is not being closed for around 80 lost cost flats to build on the site. These flats are more than likely going to house young families with children who would have gone to the school that had just been demolished . . . where's the sense in that.

More back on topic!! Most of the clothes shopping in our household comes from Asda, Tesco and Primart. Partly because it's cheap, and the cost of living has increased so much with the current government, but most of the clothes last for 6 months to a year (which may not be as long as the higher quality brands), however by this time the kids have grown out of them. Also why pay more just for a brand name, which invariable is poorly made . . . an example I bought a pair of reebok trainers (£89) and cheap pair of army surplus DMs (£40), with equal usage guess which lasted longer . . . the DMs by about 7 years (and still going).

So maybe it comes down to the fact that the Poles are not so brand conscious and materialistic as the common chav and therefore will buy smart rather than poor quality branded products.

To everyone else, just ignore this guy!!! This is someone who is so brave, that he make outlandish and over-exaggerated statements from cowardly position of a guest on the forum. Doesn't even have the decency to sign up.

why is it, that polish people are considered as low lives

i think you should be ashamed of yoursefl for witting such trash, you could pick on many nationalities for supposidly being cheap, your just trying to provoke and spark other members up, if i wasn't so much for free speach i would ask for this to be closed down becuase i can't see the point in it being open.

T

P.S. As for Polish women, like any nationality, there are beautiful girls, average girls and others, the polish i have met have in the main been very nice in all departments.

That is why it is better to pay your money for better quality. Go somewhere that has good quality clothes but good sales

Thats what Banana Republic is good for. The original price is usually pretty expensive (way more expansive in Canada than the US) but the clothes go on sale within weeks. Why pay $110 for a silk cami that will cost $49.99 or less in about 2-3 weeks? I've gotten some amazing bargains at BR and people always tell me I look expensive. :)

Last year I worked at Mexx and got 50% off, which was awesome.

I'm trying to teach my brother bargain shopping because that idiot will pay full price for anything (including an ugly red sporty hoody for $120).

the reason why you say bad things about polish women is because you can not get any women !!!!!!!!! let alone a sexy polish girl.
the only girl that i think you could get comes with a puncher repair kit and six months wrranty!
you disgust me ,you make me embarrassed to be human . The best part of you dribbled down your mothers leg .

I lodged it with a Polish couple about a year ago. We went shopping. I was going for the expensive stuff but the Polish couple, Karol and Martha, encouraged me not to. They gave me a few words of advice of SAVING. In that aspect, we British, should be more like the Polish. Saving your money and shopping for cheaper items is the right way to go. I managed to listen to their advice and took heed. I saved quite alot of money but I lost my ways and started to buy expensive crap again. Things I don't even use! I might go back on that advice.

This Polish guy I know wanted to buy a car. I went with him because he "speak no English". Ok, so I went with him to translate.

Wish I never did. That was the biggest waste of an hour I ever had. This Polish guy was badgering and bartering and looking for all kinds of tiny little dents just get a cheaper price on the vehicle.

The seller wanted a certaine price because that's what the car was worth, but when this Polish guy got to him,(something he has never encountered), he got so sick of him that he finally sold it for the price this Polish guy was offering.

On the way home home he was laughing so hard, that he got such a cheap deal.

We are perhaps leaders in the field of thriftiness.

If only more American bankers supported this behaviour, we wouldn't be in today's financial crisis.

Carefulness, yes.

Prudence. That's a Scottish word much loved of the new saviour of the global economy.

Gordon Brown, yeah. How dare the British press rip into him? He helped out because he has substantial economic experience, being the former Chancellor of the Exchequer.

Research is now being conducted into the anti-Scottish sentiment of many English folk and English press. Gordon Brown seized a chance to put things right, he was not looking for brownie points. He is doing what he can.

He is doing what he can.

Politicians? Brownie points? Heaven forbid we should associate the two.

Now we have two Scottish banks effectively nationalised we can all be a bit more thrifty. As long as we don't get Scottish notes because my local chip shop doesn't like them.
