blur13 2 Nov 2006 / #18"The pet detective". that is funny.I like Chevy Chase in "Vacation"Love Chevy Chase (the early years, when he was funny).Fletch Lives, Fletch to enormous prison cellmate:"Hi, what's your name?""BEND OVER!""Pleased to meet you, Ben."It's the way he says it that cracks me up. :)
krysia 23 | 3,058 2 Nov 2006 / #20I know, he's so serious when he says it. Of course, he never can be seroius. I like when he went to Europe on vacation and got stuck in a "rondo" and kept going in circles trying to get out. He's funny.
Huegel 1 | 296 2 Nov 2006 / #21FletchTalking of Fletch, that reminds me of another one.Porridge and of course, the Two Ronnies.Four Candles :) :) :)

Matyjasz 2 | 1,544 3 Nov 2006 / #23Did you watch "Dzien Swira" with Marek Kondrat? this got some reward on festival in Gdansk. Very funny.I think that it's the funniest polish comedy made after the fall of communism. Absolutely love it. I think that Koterski's films are all great.
OP iwona 12 | 542 4 Nov 2006 / #24I hSorry pressed to quickly.I have collection of quite a few polish comedies. When I feel down it is always good to watch one of them. I will have to look for more Koterski's films.Kondrat is quite good too. After my last visit in Poland I bought " Zrobmy sobie wnuka" - I expected it to be funny but wasn't really.
Bartolome 2 | 1,085 4 Nov 2006 / #25Monty Python's films and shows (their best is imho 'M. P. & Holy Grail' - the instruction of use of The Holy Hand Grenade - :))And yup, 'Dzien swira' is also great.
Shelley 4 Nov 2006 / #27Life of BrianDirty Sanchezthat one that Dom Jolly didThe Jerremy Kile show -The office is brilliant - but I hate the American one, its just wrong and not funny in the slightestBo Selecta in the USA is sooooooooo funny...
Matyjasz 2 | 1,544 7 Nov 2006 / #29I have collection of quite a few polish comedies. When I feel down it is always good to watch one of them. I will have to look for more Koterski's films.Kondrat is quite good too.Well he isn't a typical comedy director. Aside from "Dzień Świra", "Nic Śmiesznego" and "Porno" he didn't direct more comedies, but still I recommend all his works, as they are really worth watching.
OP iwona 12 | 542 7 Nov 2006 / #30I will.I brought from Poland "Zrobmy sobe wnuka" - I don't find it funny at all. Rather pathetic. And "pieniadze to nie wszytsko" it is ok but much worse that machulski at his better times.I liked Killer, halo Szpicbrodka( it is more musical),I also brought Vinci- machulskiego but haven't watched it yet.
