owning a taxi business?u mean a corporation?and employing taxi drivers? well i'm not sure about that, since, as far as i'm concerned, taxi drivers just belong to one "company" or "another", but pay taxes for themselves, so they run their own business. i'm not sure, whether you could own a taxi business.rather just be a taxi driver yourself.

Register the company
set up trading accounts
employ drivers who work for themsleves
charge a commission on all takings
monitor their fees and rides to be sure their not pocketing profits

You could of course pay a basic wage and cover petrol on a mileage basis but that would be foolish when starting out.

The biggest issue will be advertising and getting the business through the door as for the legal technacalities speak to a legal advisor, although i have to say ive had legal advice in poland and it wasnt worth a wank.
