Birth certificate of my daughter - I cannot prove that I have a daughter in Poland

Hi Airin,
My friend mother of my wife don't want that i meet my daughter. and that's why my wife didn't give me her birth certificate. i need it. i was in Poland last year now i want to see my daughter again. but they don't want to give me papers and i cannot prove that i have a daughter there. coz i don't have her birth certificate where my name is registered.

thanks for help and reply me. we are on divorce. but i dont want divorce.

You can get a copy of the birth certificate from the vital statistic office. You don't need her approval because you're the father and your name is on there.

My friend I am from India. My wife is Polish and i have daughter in Poland. I am in India and i need birth certificate of my daughter. but my wife don't send me her certificate. She wants divorce. How can i apply for birth certificate and how can i get my marriage certificate too. Please help me if some one know about this topic. I will be very thankful to you.
