I want to make sure, that I am properly speaking in Polish correctly.

So, just like other languages I have heard of; the wording and phrasing in sentence-structure; is a little varied between the way men and women speak..

In America, there really isn't much of a change in proper-edict / language from men to women..

I wonder-why men and women in America; are structured differently (of the sexes), in sentences from other countries..? ..Do you happen to know why?

(If there was a way, that we could make a Topic: that if anyone posted a "translation from Polish to English / English to Polish" it would automatically pop-up a window asking / mentioning: "There is already a topic / thread under this category. Would you like to post your reply here?")

and it shows a list of threads in relation to your post/ reply. and by clicking "Yes" it would show you the topic, and post it for you.. or you could decide to post it on your own. and if you click "no." you may continue with what you where doing..

This is so then, others can see that others have already done.. and gives a reminder that we already have a topic closely related in discussion or has already been created..

This would or could also, stop all of these "dead-threads / unanswered posts replies"...that I have noticed, are growing in number..

In a way, I think it would make it easier to get rid of thread duplicates.. and make more selections and promote the users to create new threads.. that are different.

(and it would help both the member and administration of this forum.. Making it less frustrating and a headache for both). ;) XD

it simply comes from the fact that many European languages make the difference between genders, English has some leftovers of this system too (he-she, his-her, "she" instead of "it" used for ships), but generally it other way and lost the most important things (like two/three forms of an adjective masculine/feminine/neuter)

"Nie rozumiem.",
"Dziękuję za uwagę." (or "Dziękujemy za uwagę." for plural),
"Przepraszam, zgubiłem/zgubiłam się. Czy (mógłby mi Pan)/(mogłaby mi Pani) pomóc/wskazać kierunek do.../powiedzieć, jak dojść do.../pokazać na planie, gdzie jestem?",

"Przepraszam." or "Przykro mi"- depends on context. If you're sad or showing remorse, the second form is the better one. Otherwise- if you just slightly stumbled on somebody's toes- the first one.

"Ile kosztuje ...?/Ile to kosztuje?"
